Coral welfare comes first
If temperatures are unsuitable or there are known courier-network delays or other transport disruptions, we may postpone dispatch. We will contact you to arrange another suitable arrival day.
24-hour coral guarantee
Covered for 24 hours
Corals that arrive dead or die within 24 hours of delivery are covered, subject to our care conditions. Report any concern within that 24-hour window.
Reporting a concern
Send your order number and clear, sharply focused photographs in neutral white lighting, showing the whole coral and a close-up. We may request clearer images or a short video if the evidence is inconclusive.
If a bag arrives cloudy
Photograph it before opening where possible and contact us promptly. If the coral is alive, follow our acclimation instructions without delay. Do not keep it sealed while waiting for our reply.
Guarantee conditions
Approved claims receive a replacement where available, or livestock credit for the amount paid. Replacement shipping is charged separately under our voluntary guarantee.
Follow our care instructions and keep corals on their plugs without mounting them to rockwork during the guarantee period and, if you report a claim, until it has been assessed. Losses caused by inappropriate chemicals, incorrect dipping concentration or duration, or other mishandling are excluded.
