Orange Lash Green Stem Alveopora, a beautiful contrast of cool stems and warm lashes that really comes alive once fully extended. This multi-generation farm-grown Alveopora develops cool green-to-turquoise stems topped with delicate peachy-orange to soft pink lashes, creating a really attractive contrast across each flower-like polyp.

When fully open, the colour becomes even more impressive. The cooler stems disappear beneath a canopy of warmer lashes, while subtle lavender and pastel tones appear between them depending on the lighting. Add gentle flow and the whole colony sways together, giving you colour and movement in equal measure.

This is another Alveopora we have propagated through multiple generations here on the farm. Like most Alveopora, it can take a little time after moving before showing its best extension and full colour, so give it time to settle.

Occasional fine particulate foods such as oyster eggs can be beneficial. In our systems we also pay particular attention to measurable iron and manganese alongside magnesium around the 1500 ppm region.
