Skeletor, dark, sinister and glowing with exactly the sort of colours you’d expect from the villain himself. Named after He-Man’s legendary nemesis, this collectable Favites combines incredibly deep purple-to-almost-black flesh with violently bright neon yellow-green centres that seem to glow straight through the colony.

The contrast is fantastic. Each corallite is surrounded by that dark, heavily textured purple flesh, while the irregular green centres create a pattern that looks almost radioactive under reef lighting. As the colony encrusts and gains size, those repeating dark ridges and luminous centres become increasingly dramatic.

It’s also an easy, rewarding coral to keep and works brilliantly in lower-light areas where the fluorescent green can still provide a serious hit of colour without demanding prime real estate.

Deep villainous purple and radioactive green — Skeletor looks like it came straight out of Snake Mountain, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

This is not WYSIWYG. The photograph is representative, and the coral supplied will be at least the minimum size shown.
